As Vestel Electronics Central Purchasing Department, we expect our suppliers to act in accordance with our principles. 

Performance of suppliers is evaluated periodically considering the criteria below:

Performance results are evaluated and suppliers are informed periodically. 

*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

An increasing number of VESTEL customers are demanding auditing on the basis of the so-called The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX) and Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). In these audits, an acknowledged certification company verifies to what extent suppliers assume their social responsibility and satisfy general ethical principles in the fields of employee rights, health and safety, and environmental protection, in addition to general legal requirements Also, our belief is that a sustainable business needs a sustainable supply chain, one which is underpinned by fair working conditions for all those involved in the manufacture and supply of our products.

As part of this commitment to socially responsible sourcing, we would like to inform and encourage our suppliers to comply with The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX) and/or Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI).

Based on above explanation, RBA, SEDEX and BSCI code of conducts has been attached below for your review and information.

  1. Data Privacy
  2. Vestel may collect, maintain, and process informations provided by such parties to Vestel. These information will be used in the purchasing and other departments of Vestel and also its associated companies.
  3. Confidentiality
  4. You and your company must keep any information through the Vestel Supplier Portal and Registration Page as confidential. If you registered as a potential supplier to Vestel Supplier Portal, maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password that will be given in the second step is in your responsibilty. Failure to do so may result in immediate discontinuance of your account without notice.
  5. Disclaimer
  6. Vestel can use the information you submitted for prequalification purposes. Vestel will have no liability for any costs for registration process. This preregistration as a Vestel vendor does not guarantee purchase order to provide goods or services to Vestel or bind Vestel to any agreement.
  7. Confirmation
  8. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you certify that you are authorized to submit the information for or on behalf of, the person or entity identified; and the information provided is true and correct; and you fully understand and agree to Terms and Conditions.
  9. Change
  10. Vestel may update this Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time and reserves the right to make changes to its policies at any time without any notice.
